About the Group
The Neural Algorithms Research Group is based in the Department of Psychology at the University of Sheffield. Our current research is primarily focused on the cerebellar algorithm. Our aim is to understand the information processing algorithm embodied in the cerebellum, and also to exploit this algorithm for robotic applications. We are a multidisciplinary group, integrating ideas from computational neuroscience, control engineering, and robotics.
